I'm Prem Poudel, a Software Test Engineer at BetaNinjas with 3+ years of experience across manual, automation, API, and performance testing. I designed the Raving Fans Quality Framework — a customer-centric QA strategy that improved feature quality and defect prevention for high-impact global products including Bubble App and TalkTravel.
Philosophy
I believe quality is not a phase at the end of development — it's a discipline that must be embedded from the first conversation about requirements. My approach is customer-centric: if a feature doesn't serve the user reliably, it isn't done. CI/CD-integrated thinking means quality feedback comes fast, not late.
